Tonight on 76 meter band, around 3905 kHz, plus or minus qrm, Radio Spaceshuttle Int, will be on air, with the famous DJ, Dick from Space. This time from a stronger transmitter, bigger antenna, and we transmitting in AM mode. Time, from around 20.00 utc.Program will also be sent again on Saturday and Sunday on alternative freq.

we will hit the air again on 6307 KHz AM. Yesterday we also was broadcasting but do not know if anybody could hear us. Today we will begun broadcasting at 22 UTC and be on air until 10 UTC tomorrow. There is also a possibility that we from about 05.30 UTC until 14.00 UTC will be on 6208 kHz via an European outlet. We remind you that every correct report to our casilla de correo will be answered with a QSL card.

WR International on air

Just to let you know that WR International is on air, we have not been on air since 14th December 2008 for various reasons. We are now back and hope to be here without a break again for a while. We are on air now @ 12257Khz until 11:00 GMT. Until 08:00 GMT a computer playout system is in use, live output is from 08:00 GMT until 11:00 GMT. We would appreciate your e-mails, phone calls (between 08:00 and 11:00 GMT) or text messages to us so as we can tell if the equipment is working OK.

Hoy habíamos planeado salir también por medio de una repetidora en Europa, pero por algunos problemas técnico lo pospondremos para otro día. Sin embargo desde la planta aquí en Sud América estamos saliendo. Estaremos transmitiendo hasta las 10:00 UTC de la mañana.La frecuencia es de 6307kHz AM, 20 vatios en portadora, 80 vatios PEP. Esperamos que las condiciones nos ayuden en algo .

Today we had plane to be on also via a relay in Europe but due to some technical problems we had to postponed this. Anyway we ar on with our transmission from South America. We will broadcast until 10 UTC tomorrow. The frequency as usual... 6307kHz AM with 20 watts on carrier, aprox. 80 PEP. We hope condition give us a hand....

Esta noche volvemos al aire, conmemorando nuestros 12 años de actividad. Ya esta solucionado el problema que nos afecto. A partir de las 22.00 utc y con transmisión hasta al menos las 09:00 UTC de mañana. Este esquema vamos a ejecutar por algunos días. Cabe destacar que la potencia del transmisor es de solo 20 vatios en portadora, con la modulación la potencia es alrededor de 80 vatios (PEP). Por esa razón, captar nuestra emisora es un logro muy destacable.

Dear Friends!
This evening we are back with our 12 years anniversary broadcast. We have fixed the problem with the transmitter, thus we will be on air from about 22 UTC until at least 06 UTC tomorrow. This sched. will be continued fore some days. Actually it is a really DX catch if you can receive our signal as the transmitter deliver only 20 watt of carrier, about 80 watt modulated power (PEP), a real low power station. Anyway it has been heard very long away.

Dear FRS Friends,

Last Sunday's internet broadcast which would go out between 15.00-20.00 UTC had to be cancelled becauseof a technical problem. As we do not do the streaming ourselves, we were informed when it was too late to let you know.

Apologies for that! To make up FRS-Holland is right now on the internet (thanks to Jack!!):

Dec. 31st 09.00-14.00 plus again 14.00-19.00 CET.

Jan. 1st 09.00-14.00 plus again 14.00-19.00 CET.

So all in all the December 28th broadcast will be streamed no less than 4 times in very good audio quality.

Season's Greetings from all of us at FRS-Holland. We wish all of you a merry Christmas.
May 2009 become a healthy, successful and radioactive year for all of you.
Thanks for your support in the past year.

Next Sunday December 28th 2008, FRS-Holland will take to the airwaves with another 5 hour seasonal broadcast. We will be on 6220 kHz 08.00-13.00 UTC. In addition we are on 6400 kHz 08.00-22.00 UTC ánd 9770 kHz 14.30-15.30 UTC. 9770 features part 1 & 2 of FRS goes DX, output will be a 100 kW. We issue a special seasonal QSL card for next Sunday. We'd love to hear from you....please add some personal comments and px criticism in your report. That would be fine! Programmes will be presented by Jan van Dijk, Paul Graham, Mike Anderson & Peter Verbruggen. Mike Anderson will present DX-Welle in German. Jan van Dijk will be doing the German Service including a 2008 Free Radio overview. Peter V. presents an extra long FRS Magazine flashing back to December 1988 and December 1998 and present FRS goes DX (part 1 & 2) including news from around the world and SW Free Radio news as well. Ingredients for next Sunday are: great music from the past 4 decades, radio news, 2008 review, listener's letters & eMails from November, a listeners competition, the 'Phrase that Pays', New Year Greetings and much, much more....

Christmas Day and Boxing Day Peter V. will present each day a one hour show on 9770 kHz 13.00- 14.00 hours UTC. These programmes are part of a joint venture of KBC Radio, Britain Radio Int. and FRS-Holland. All shows are aired under the umbrella of the Mighty KBC but reports for the 13.00-14.00 UTC shows are more than welcome and can be sent to our usual mail or postal address! The broadcasts on both XMas Days will take place between 10.00- 15.30 UTC. 100,000 watts on 9770 kHz.
